Great staff not much complain because I saw them putting 100 % on what they do. I ranked 4 star coz company itself is not very professionally operated. No complain for service. Some people ranked 1 star while if you don’t like the service don’t go for it. I work for service department so I know there are always people who never appreciates other. ‘ A group of unhappy folks’

Reserved a specific type of car. When I went to pick it up they told me they didn't have it. They "upgraded free of charge" to a large SUV model and told me not to worry about it. Said if I really wanted to I could come back and check around 5 to see if someone had decided to return what I originally reserved. Asked them to contact me if that was the case (which would have been good customer service) and they told me that they don't do that, they'd be too busy. So I took the vehicle as I didn't have much choice as I was leaving the next morning. Not only was this terrible customer service but the cost in gas to get to and from my destination was ridiculous as the vehicle basically drank it as I drove and cost me the same amount as the rental. I have worked customer service in varying levels for the last 15 years and while I understand that I customer is not always right, I know for fact that if the error is on the company's end it should be fixed. Very disappointed with the service. Despite my work discount I will probably go elsewhere and pay a higher price for better customer service in the future
