This was a very positive experience, especially for one who is slightly 'technologically challenged.' shall we say. I felt quite at ease with the staff, who were very helpful in every way. Even when I opted to change the phone and plan within the first week, they were pleasant and professional. After everything was done, I left the store feeling very pleased. Never experienced any pressure. I highly recommend the Place d'Orleans store. They really know their products, are courteous, and will do whatever is needed to make the customer's experience a good one.
