    Two times now i have called in to book an appointment, when booking i request cut and dye. They never clarified what dye i was requesting.
    I come in and im told they have no time for my dye (balayge, which sorry im not a hairdresser and understand that) and i say i just want the cut, and im told they dont even have time for that.
    Why book ahead of time when they dont even care about what you need. When bringing up my concerns im painted out to be wrong and its my fault.
    THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.
    Never again, horrible customer service.
