    If my room was an example of the rest of the rooms in the motel then management needs to see that the rooms require a complete cleaning overhaul. Baseboards were filthy with spotted black marks. The bathroom was even worse. The bath mat was covered in dirty black spots, probably mildewed. Lamps and clock weren't checked to see if they were in working order, Thick dust on the ledges of the chairs, All that I can say is that the sheets were clean and it was in a great location. A little bit of elbow grease would do wonders. My suggestion is to get a new cleaning staff.
