    Really like this place. I have 'special needs' and they are there to help. They are also very transgender friendly and knowledgeable. I have seen this while in the store. They have given me an absolutely free makeover to deal with my special skin problems.

    I would just like to say a massive thank you to Lauren B from your Reading store in St Mary's Butts and what a big asset she is to your store. I originally just went in to just look at hair dryers as my hair takes at least 20 minutes to dry!! Lauren explained to me all the different types and what would be best for my hair she even told me which heat protector would be best, I know this is her job but she really spoke about it all and I felt she went above and beyond to help me. Working in retail myself I know what it's like to go that extra mile but not get any recognition for it so please can you make sure she is recognised for this as my hair dried in 5 minutes and feels so much nicer! I'm so impressed :-) thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with me Lauren x

    Great staff. Always have new and exciting products and great deals. Staff could use some training in helping advise customers as to what products would be best suited for them. Lots of choices in hair care products, nails and spa treatments
