    This place is the worst barbershop in all of Orleans.

    Moody (a barber) told me that he did not want to give my a high and tight because it would look bad. He then squared boxed my hair unevenly, and gave me a hard part without asking me.

    I'm military and have had the same haircut for 14 years. I then went to have a cut done by the other barber a French lady who did not know what a "high and tight" was, she did not know how to taper, she choped at my hair leaving it longer on one side than the the other, and cleaned up my hair by shaving at the front after asking her not to.

    I then asked to see one of the owners where she refused to admit it was a bad hair cut, when I was showing her all of the jagged hairs sticking out on the front of my head, and how poorly it was tapered.

    When I asked her to validate the fact that it was a bad cut she said that she supported her employees but she would have a look at my hair.

    She tried to fix it, instead whatever little hair on top I had she cut off, split ends everywhere, she even failed at tapering it.

    She said that she has never been so insulted because because I told her how upset I was, how poor a job her two barbers did, my asking about her employing proper barbers. She personalized it as if it was against her personally. It was so sick, so immature how she handled the matter.

    She made me feel like I was crazy, she refused to admit it was a bad cut, even though she said she would "fix" it, she was quick to offend, not empathetic, at one point giving me the impression that I was coming back for a free cut.

    My mom went to the upstairs women's section for a cut once and the male stylist left her hair clearly uneven. We went back and he evened it out quickly.

    They charge a lot and do poor work, refuse accountability, and do not change barbers.

    I gave this place three shots, and they gave me the worst hair cuts of my life and left me emotionally quite upset.

    Like we say in the military, failure of tue troops always comes from the higher ups...

    Never, ever go there! Worst experience of my life!
