    It seems I have to give at least one star to leave a negative review.

    Had the worst manicure of my life. I have short nails due to a health condition that causes lifting, not because I abuse my nails. Owner of shop served me and soaked hands for seconds, not minutes before doing cuticle. Painful and inadequate as a result. Spent about a minute filing. Thanks heavens given that she used such large abusive strokes she took a layer of skin off more than half my fingers in the process. But it did leave rough edges on nail. Had to ask for a nail file to fix before I left shop. Pieces of cuticle not pushed back and painted over on two nails. One coat of colour polish only, so uneven and streaky. Forgot about me while she did a complete pedicure while my nails drying. So I couldn't leave as I had not paid. Probably should have refused to pay or just walked out. No tip seems insufficient. So here I am.

    She spent entire manicure on the phone, holding it with her shoulder, so was very difficult to complain. Her nail extensions are so long she can't properly hold the equipment.

    My nails look like a 10 year old painted them. I don't expect fabulous looking my nails even at the salon because they are short, but I don't expect to be treated like s#@*t because I don't walk in looking glamorous. That's the only reason I can think of for the treatment I received. Walked in in comfy jeans and a T-shirt.

    Never going back.

    Where to start.... Horrible ! Sad that I even have to put a star to write this review.

    1. Extremely Rude. She asked me what shape I wanted and so I told the owner and she responded 'Honey, you're making up shapes here.. I've never heard of that'... I said ok sure. call it whatever you want.

    2. She kept applying the polish all over my fingers and wiping it with an alcohol wipe then re-applying. Took forever

    3. When she was almost done she says 'whatever you do.. don't touch your nails on anything.. the shellac will crack. Whatever you do... pick up things and touch things with the cushion part of your fingers'. I had no idea what she was talking about... I get shellac done every 2-3 weeks and trust me.. your nails will touch things! She wasn't going to apply a top coat and she says 'I'm in the business, you're not. I know the product'. then she said because I have time I'll put a top coat for you.

    Guess what? Shellac cracked on every single finger on day 1. Waste of time and money. No idea how this place is still open. (Picture doesn't do it justice, need to look very closely- next morning)
