    Avoid at all costs. Brought vehicle in as something in the suspension appeared to be loose when turning. Received a call an hour later advising all four brakes needed to be replaced and that everything else in the front end was tight. Trusting the technician, we went ahead and gave them the green light. Tony included an extra brake fluid service in the total cost without consulting us first. After we picked up the vehicle, the loose feeling was still present. We took the vehicle to the dealership who concluded that the front control arm and two stabilizer links were causing that loose feeling. I'm not sure how a technician could miss such a crucial part of the front suspension being loose. Now I question whether or not I even needed to replace all my brakes. Extremely disappointed in the service received.
