  I’ve had the most horrible experience of my life at this place. Craig is an incompetent “general manager” who is only good for yelling and berating people. I went in to see a car on December 2nd and signed a bill of sales for a lease, and put down a $500 deposit. Later that day I realized that I couldn’t afford what I signed for along with an insurance policy, and the fact that I had to buy winter tires as well. It was a Saturday, so they didn’t start any process to deliver the car. They told me to contact them on Monday. I called on Monday and they told me no one was available to talk to me until Wednesday. They told me to go in on Wednesday to speak to the general manager, Craig. I went in on Wednesday and when Craig saw me, the first thing he said was “I’m not cancelling anything”. I asked him if he’s not going to discuss anything with me and he told me he doesn’t have time for me, and asked me to make an appointment. I told him I was told to come speak to him today and he told me that’s none of his business because he wasn’t the one that told me to come in. I started crying and he let me go talk to him in his office. As I mentioned before he continued to scream at me and berate me and telling me that I said certain things that I never said. He was lying through his teeth and telling me he can force me to pay, and they’re going to keep my money, he told me I was committing fraud for comparing other vehicles to the one I signed for (????). He also kept telling me that I continued to car shop after I signed, which is weird considering I didn’t and I never told him that I was shopping. I spent almost two weeks trying to call Craig, and Paul at the dealership. They ignored every phone call, voice mail, email, and the note I left with the receptionist. I called head office and they told me they would call them to get a response for me. They called me back and told me the lease was canceled but today Craig told me he’s still refusing to cancel. This has been a very stressful situation, they’re keeping the deposit to just piss me off at this point, they didn’t do anything to need it for compensation. Spend your money elsewhere
