  Hi There...
  
  We have a spot here at your beautiful marina and we certainly would like to continue here next year. However there is a ridiculous amount of noise coming from next door adjacent to our boat(s). Marine company?
  
  We've kept a low profile and would like to remain anonymous as we are easy going folk and simply like to sit outside on our boat and enjoy the great waterfront oasis we have here.
  But almost every morning at 7 am, the racket starts. Banging metal, reverse beepers, thrashing steel and pounding heavy equipment. Then, (at the end of the day) it comes again as they prepare for the next day's project.  It's 7:30 pm now and the noise just stopped. We've been listening to it for the past 3 hours. Dump trucks slamming their back ends into reverse, air breaks, heavy stones dropping onto the barge. We can't be the only ones hearing this. (or are we?)
  
  I realize the D Shore company has to make a living. They have their main shop on your marina property I assume? But now they are on the lawn adjacent to your marina. I can't see them having any permits to operate there. We don't want them to have to go through licensing issues, but this has to be hurting your marina.  I've had guests over on our boat and they had to leave before their dinner was finished as the noise was unbearable. And these were people who were inquiring if they should move their boat here. After that day, I doubt they will want to pursue it any further.    
  
  We hope there is a solution here as we also have to make a decision for next year. I have heard from a few other people around here that they are not happy with it as well. We think you guys are doing a great job and wish you continued success in your new venture.
