  Was there this past Saturday- arrival time: 11:09AM. I know I've likely got strep throat and im feverish, dizzy and my throat is killing me. I explain this to the receptionist. It is busy in the clinic. I count 11 people before I even sit down. Guess I'll have to wait.
  12:30PM- I notice the crowd has thinned significantly and there are only about 1-2 other people who were there before me when I arrived. I continue to wait.
  1:45PM: The receptionist calls 4 different people who arrived LONG after I did ahead of me. I'm sure at this point, I'm feeling WAY WAY worse than when I first arrived. I feel as though I'm about to faint. I kindly ask the receptionist if she can tell me where I am on the list and she looks me up- says there are 4-5 people ahead of me.
  2:19PM: I've been here for over 3 hours- and this is JUST TO GET IN TO SEE THE DOCTOR.
  
  Front desk reception spent more time making/taking phone calls then they did getting people in to see a doctor. I've been here several times and it gets progressively worse each time. Will NEVER EVER go again. Oh- and there Sunday hours are from 9-11:30AM - RIIIIGHT - cause that's going to get people into see a doctor when they are in need of care. Lazy and incompetent.
