  We bought an outdoor sofa set at the end of Aug 2016..used it for only a month in the fall 2016 and noticed cushions started to sag. Stored it indoors for the winter and used it again for a few weeks in summer 2017 and the cushions got worse. It took 1 month to have someone answer the phone and help us and then finally they sent a technician. Technician said they should be replaced. Again no word from the store....I had to follow up and was told the cushions were not covered under warranty. We have hardly used the set and they claim when cushions sag in that's normal! Shockingly bad quality and the price was not cheap....should have bought it from Costco or elsewhere at a place that stands by its merchandise. Never buy anything from the Brick! There service is horrible, their warranties are useless and you will be lucky if anyone answers the phone or actually helps. And the management is silent..too scared to deal with their customers and respond . Never again.
