I've always had good experiences at Chapters locations in Ottawa and Toronto - the Kanata location reinforced my positive view of the brand. For someone who likes to read books on a variety of subjects, the Chapters format is appealing given the unparalleled selection in a bricks-and-mortar store. As easy as it is to shop for books on Amazon, it's a nice break if nothing else to browse for books in person on occasion. This particular outlet is worth a visit if you're not bothered by the Centrum shopping centre traffic.
