- Genevieve Brunet Added 2018-06-07★ ★ ★ ★ ★Nice and spacious gym, challenging WODs and functional equipment. The coaches are very knowledgeable, supportive and respectful. There is no yelling or "pushing" too hard on limits, just enthusiastic encouragement to keep at it. Never forcing anyone.
The members are very social and supportive.
Prescribed work-outs 6 days a week and 2 open gym days(Sunday) and striking classes (Tuesdays) are offered once a week and very fun and useful. They also have 2 groups of teen classes M, T, W and T.
The shower rooms are smallish, particularly for the 5:30am class but the rest of the times, it's quite sufficient.
They have physios on site who are very good and do lots of manipulation.
There is ample parking and it's conveniently located near the Superstore.
