- Kwillonia D Added 2018-03-09★ ★ ★ ★ ★I use Defalcos exclusively for beer brewing. They are outstanding, and always have the stock I need. They've also expanded their equipment selection greatly with higher end stuff. No need to shop elsewhere. They staff are also friendly and personable, and their prices compete with online shopping.

The service is great and the staff is fantastic, but even though I purchased one of the more expensive wine kits (with grape skins), the wine is very sub par. I still have many bottles at home that are just going to waste. They say that this is as good as the stuff at the LCBO, but unless you're drinking 4$ wine from China, this would be a lie. Don't bother.
