  Francine at Dion Vallée is absolutely wonderful to work with. From the moment I spoke with her about doing my taxes, to signing them and sending them off, she was amazing. She was professional and courteous. She was personable. Quick to respond to calls and emails. She didn’t make me feel guilty or shamed for the mistakes I had personally made with my previous taxes. Turnaround time was quick, but the work was very thorough. I trusted Francine with my taxes, and I suggest others should do the same.
