  My parts ended up going to an address that wasn't even mine and even after being told there would be no restocking fee charged they still took it. And when I called to try and have it fixed I was met with very rude attitudes and was told that it doesn't matter they took it and wouldn't refund it even though I have it in writing (email) stating I wouldn't be charged.
