In 2011 my passport was stolen in Brussels the night before my return flight. John went out of his way to help me cancel my flight and dealt with the airline to find an alternate flight once I received a replacement passport. You wont get this type of support from an online booking site, guaranteed. As for prices, Valerie always finds prices comparable to the cheapest online offerings.
