  Don't believe any of these fake bad reviews. Unfortunately they were completely made up by a very vindictive disgruntled employee that had recently been fired. The store is amazing, clean, and discreet. It has a wonderful large selection to pick from. Come and experience for yourself. Owner Rick is super nice and friendly, if you need anything that isn't in stock he will make it so that you will get what you want. He is so down to earth and the nicest guy ever. He is knowledgable and has a great attitude towards customers and his employees. He always provides excellent customer service and staff always makes you feel very welcome and comfortable.

  This is I think the best sex store in Ottawa....the owner is very knowledgeable, welcoming, caring, and professional....the staff is also very professional and knowledgeable as well...they have a great selection of products in the store and the prices are decent too!!! The store itself is very clean and smells amazing!! I highly recommend the massage candles, the gel bath, and the we vibe.....everything in there is awesome though lol....so if you are looking for a nice clean, and welcoming sex store to purchase your sexxxy stuff, rixxx is the place to be... Thank you rixxx for your knowledge on the products that we had questions for and for making me and my husband feel comfortable and welcomed...you made us feel like we were part of your family :) thanks again rixxx!!!...you guys rock!!!!! :)

  The man that works there (The owner I think) sold me defective toys. I got home and they didn't even work. Then I'm told buy the staff that there's no returns or exchanges.
  That guy is rude and his toys are cheap and broken. You can see a bunch of broken toys on a shelf behind the cash too. The store is ghetto and looks like it's falling apart. Never shopping here again.
